This project was a multilevel remodel of a 1903 Capitol Hill home. The main floor work consisted of removing multiple walls to open up the kitchen to the dining room and a complete remodel of the kitchen. Filling the dining room with light, a bay window and French doors were added leading out to a new back deck. Upstairs a laundry closet and two skylights were added to light the stairway and landing as well as a complete remodel of the main bathroom, including steam room/shower. Other interior work included addition of a powder room, rebuilding of the basement stairs and remodel of the basement. After asbestos removal, the exterior was restored with new siding and detailed moldings.
